Flying Spurs Country Clothing returns and refunds : We want you to love your purchases however if for some reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with a fair and simple returns process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Tags and original packaging must still be attached
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are not in resaleable condition.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges on:
Custom or personalised items
Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)
Used or damaged items (unless faulty)
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return or exchange:

with your order number and reason for return
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions
3. Send your item(s) back to the address we provide
Please note:
Customers are responsible for return postage costs
We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your item arrives safely

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item is faulty)
5. Exchanges
Need a different size or item?
Let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request
Exchanges will be processed once we receive your original item
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you find any damge or faulty items.
We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund if deemed faulty after inspection.
