Flying spurs country clothing returns and refunds policy

Flying spurs country clothing returns and refunds Summary: 

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Returns or refunds are only available where an item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect. 


1. Faulty items only

If your item is faulty or has a manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item once the fault has been verified.


2. How to request a return


To start a return for a faulty item you must:


1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item with your order number and clear photos and/or video showing the fault.


2. Obtain a return-authorisation (RMA) number from us — do not return goods without an RMA. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.


3. Return postage & packaging


The buyer is responsible for return postage unless we confirm the return is due to a verified manufacturer fault; in that case we will reimburse reasonable return postage.


Items should be returned in original packaging (where possible) and include all accessories, tags and documentation.


4. Evidence & inspection


We require clear photographic/video evidence before approving a return. For higher-value items we may request an additional short video demonstrating the fault.


All returned items will undergo inspection. If the returned item shows evidence of misuse, accidental damage, or alteration unrelated to the reported fault, the return will be declined and the item returned to the buyer at the buyer’s expense.


5. Refunds & replacements


If a fault is verified we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the purchase price to the original payment method.

Or at the buyer request replace the faulty product.


Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of final inspection. Original shipping costs are refunded only when the item is confirmed faulty.


We reserve the right to offer store credit instead of a cash refund.



6. Preventing fraud / scam protections


To prevent abuse we require:


An RMA issued by us before any return.


Photo/video proof of the defect prior to returning.


Returned items must match the item originally sold (serial numbers, SKU, model).


Returns must be sent using a trackable service and require a signature on delivery — tracking number required.


We will refuse or charge for returns that show signs of being used, altered, or damaged after delivery.


We reserve the right to refuse any return we reasonably suspect is fraudulent and to pursue recovery where necessary.



7. Non-returnable items


Final-sale items, clearance items, and any item marked “non-returnable” at sale are not eligible for return unless faulty.
